At Freedom, our Men’s Ministry is designed to help men get involved, get healthy, be developed, and start leading. There are three key steps in our Men's Development process for you to grow in relationships with God and others.

The best way to start in our Men's Development Process is to connect by participating in and completing the Formation Pathway. You'll get connected as you learn about our vision, your unique gifting, and the biblical values needed to grow as a man. Click below to learn about the Formation Pathway.

How? Get involved in a Men's Community Group. Throughout the year, men can participate in a Community Group where they are challenged and inspired to pursue God. Our Community Groups meet in homes, offices, coffee shops, and at church throughout the week. Another way is to join our Serve Team. We've found that it not only gives men an opportunity to use their gifts, but it also connects them relationally to the community around them.

Take on leadership roles within the Freedom Serve Team where you are developed in your gifting. Or lead a Men’s Development Group utilizing the Way to Win resource. This book is designed to help develop men in areas of life that matter most.

We believe every man and every church has a redemptive potential. Freedom Men’s Development Groups are designed to move the individual and the church toward that potential. This movement means growth—both personal and spiritual growth for the individual and for the church.
LEADERS
Men’s Development Groups are led by Freedom Church Staff and Leaders.
APPLY
Men’s Development Groups require a significant commitment to the group; therefore we have a deliberate process for application. We also build groups from the nomination of men who have already completed a Men’s Development Group.
